Day 1: ARRIVAL IN MAUN
Upon arrival at Maun International airport, you will be met by our Professional tour guide\ Staff member to Welcome you, and give you a short brief discussion of the itinerary, on what to expect and not to expect on the Trip.
Day: 2, 3: NXAI PAN
This Safari sets out to explore the dry Semi-Arid Desert of Nxai Pan National Park, this area has much to offer with regular sightings of Elephant, Lion, Cheetah and Most of the action takes place around the water holes with herds of Springbok, Ostrich, Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe and Kudu coming down to drink most of the activities at Nxai Pan will be Game drive and during our stay there, you will have a chance to visit the Baines Baobabs. The Baines Baobab trees got their name from Thomas Baines (who was a member of the Livingstone Expedition); he painted a group of Baobab trees that became famously known as the ‘Baines Baobabs’. According to sources, he completed the painting between 1861 and 1862, and he was overwhelmed with the rare sighting of these fantastic baobab trees. On our last day in the Morning at Nxai pan guest wake for a full breakfast, Our guide and staff Break camping site as we pack and had to the Okavango Delta.
Day: 4,5,6 OKAVANGO DELTA
This breathtaking experience will Welcome you to the Okavango Delta, where most of our activities will be Birding Mokoro ride and walking safari, Depending on the time of your arrival you will be transferred to the Mokoro station(dugout canoe), where you will be introduced to our Professional Mokoro Polers guide and start your Okavango Delta wetland experience by gliding silently, enjoying a smooth ride in the waterways of the Okavango Delta in your Mokoro with the professional Mokoro Polers, melodious Birds and hippo calling in a distance welcoming you to the jewel of the Kalahari, our camping site set up will be on the secluded spot in an Isolated Island. Please note that on your mokoro Excursion into the Okavango Delta there are weight restrictions on the Mokoro (canoes) so we cannot carry our full safari Service equipment with us, you will use 3×3 meter Dome tents with mattress and a separate shower and toilet enclosure close to your tent or 3×3 meter Dome tent with en-suite bucket shower and toilet.
On our last day in the Okavango Delta in the morning after breakfast, Touchlife Tours Safaris staff and Tour Guide break up camp and take you back to the Mokoro station, where our game drive Vehicle will pick you for our departure to Moremi Game Reserve, we will bring packed lunches, water, drinks and snacks with us, en-route we will stop for picnic lunch.
Day: 7,8,9
Moremi Game Reserve is one of the best game viewing regions in Botswana with an abundance of game, Elephants, Zebras, Giraffes, Lions, Leopard, African Wild dogs, Cheetah, Hyenas, Impalas & Kudus. Moremi Game Reserve is part of the 1000th World Heritage Listed site – the Okavango Delta, you will spend your last three nights in Moremi Game reserve and most of your Activities will be Game drive.
Day: 9
Our last day on safari at Moremi Game reserve:- wake up in the morning for a full breakfast, Guide and staff Break up the Camping site, as we are heading to Maun International airport for your international flight connection to Johannesburg.
